The guest booking a week in the Caribbean compares photos before comparing prices. And what they look at is the pool, the gym and the space where they will spend the day when they are not at the beach. An apartment with nothing around it competes on price alone. One with a full club competes on experience, and experience commands a much better rate.
That is why we designed Emerald Green as a residential community with a life of its own.
2,000 m² Beach-Style Pool
It is the heart of the project and our most ambitious amenity.
This is not a straight-edged pool: it is a gradual-entry pool that recreates the feeling of walking into the sea. Two thousand square meters of water surface, with zones of different depths so that swimmers, those who want to relax and families with small children can all enjoy it together.
For rental purposes, this is the space that will appear in the first photo of your listing.
Clubhouse with Pool
The meeting point of the community. A covered space for gatherings, celebrations and the days when the sun gets too intense.
An outdoor space with sun loungers, shaded areas and a spectacular pool.
It works as an extension of your apartment: when you have visitors or when your guests want a larger place to enjoy.
Indoor Gym and Outdoor Sports Area
Fully equipped and inside the community, steps from your door.
It is one of the three amenities that mid-stay and long-stay travelers ask about most, along with the beach-style pool. Someone coming to Punta Cana for two weeks or a month does not want to pay for a gym membership.
Tennis and Padel Courts
Padel is currently the fastest-growing sport in the Caribbean and in Europe, and it is still scarce among the residential offerings in the area.
Having your own court sets your unit apart from dozens of identical listings, and attracts a type of guest who books longer stays and returns to the destination.
Running Track
An internal circuit within the community, with 24-hour security.
Running in Punta Cana outside a gated complex is not always comfortable or practical. Having it inside, at any time of day, is one of those comforts nobody advertises but that make a guest come back.
Nature Trail
A green path that runs through the project, designed for walking, for taking the kids along, or simply so that the view from your terrace is greenery and not concrete.
It is also part of our decision to keep the project low-density, with real open space between the buildings.
Kids' Area
A play area designed for the little ones, within view of the adults.
For the investor, this means access to the family segment, which books furthest in advance, stays more nights and generates less turnover.
Pet Park
A dedicated space for dogs within the community.
Pet-friendly vacation rentals are still an underserved niche in Punta Cana, and it is a search filter that greatly reduces your competition when you have it turned on.
On-Site Commercial Area
Emerald Green will have its own commercial zone within the project.
A café, services and convenience retail without leaving the community. On top of that, we are in the center of Punta Cana, two minutes from Downtown and City Place, and four minutes from supermarkets, banks and restaurants.
All of this is not around the project. It is inside it.
It is the difference between buying an apartment and buying a rental operation that works.
At Emerald Green, each building has just four apartments per floor, one on each corner, with an elevator and cross ventilation. And there will be no towers around it: our neighbor, La Reserva, is a development of low-rise houses and villas. The amenities do not get crowded because the density of the surroundings is guaranteed by design.
Add reverse-osmosis drinking water in every unit and furnished delivery, and the result is an apartment that can start generating income from day one.
